Itinerary In Detail

Day 01

Arrive Siam Reap.
Upon arrival, welcome by the local tour guide and transfer to check in your hotel for relaxation. Dinner is served at Indian Restaurant.

Note: The standard check-in time is 1500 hrs. Packed dinner will be provided in case of late arrivals of flight or long queue at the immigration.

Day 02

Siam Reap.
Today after an American breakfast proceed to visit The South Gate of Angkor Thom: Bayon Temple, The Royal Enclosure, Phimeanaka, Elephant and Leper King Terrace. Continue visit to Ta Prohm, it has been relatively untouched since it was discovered and retains much of its mystery. Refresh yourself with a cold drink/Juice during the city tour. After lunch, visit to Thommanan, ChaosayTevoda, Ta Keo: small, attractive temple in very good condition, built all the same time as Angkor Wat. Proceed to experience hot air ballooning. Continue to Angkor Wat: Angkor was the capital of Khmer. Its distinctive five towers are emblazoned on the Cambodian flag and the 12th century masterpiece is considered by art historians to be the prime example of classical Khmer art and architecture. Angkor Wat's five towers symbolize Meru's five peaks - the enclosed wall represents the mountains at the edge of the world and the surrounding moat, the ocean beyond. Angkor Wat features the longest continuous bas-relief in the world, which runs along the outer gallery walls and narrates stories from Hindu mythology.

Day 03

Siam Reap.
After breakfast, we visit to KompongPhluk Floating Village, about 30 Km from Siem Reap Town to experience the authentic face of Cambodia and learn about life on the floating villages of Tonlé Sap Lake. Arrival at the dock, take a boat trip a long a small stream to the village. During dry season when the lake is low and lack of water those buildings look like the skyscrapers. At this time of the year many of villagers move out onto the lake and build provisional stilted houses. In wet season while the water level rises up again, the dwellers move back to their permanent houses on the flood plain, the stilts now hidden under the water. People made a living by catching fishes produce as well as smelly fish paste, fermented fish, smoked fish, dried fish, dried prawn etc. Transfer back to town for late Indian lunch at local restaurant.
Afternoon, visit WatThmey or Killing Field, contains a unique glass-walled stupa containing the bones of victims of the Khmer Rouge. Continue visiting Artisan D’Angkor, a handicraft centre for the wood and stone carving processes. Enjoy 30 minutes massage. Spend time visit the local market before having dinner at Indian restaurant.

Day 04

Siam Reap Saigon.
Today, we check out and proceed to the airport for your flight to Saigon Located in the South of Vietnam, the “Indochina Pearl” – Ho Chi Minh City, or formerly known as Saigon, is your first stop of the tour. On arrival, our friendly tour guide with private driver will welcome you at Tan Son Nhat International Airport. Transfer to have lunch at Indian restaurant. Check in hotel. Time at leisure. 6:30, picked up at hotel lobby to transfer for dinner at Indian restaurant.

Day 05

Saigon – Cu Chi Tunnels – City Tour.
Enjoy the breakfast at the hotel before your friendly tour guide and driver come over and lead you to exciting destinations all day long. Built over a period of 25 years since the 1940s, Cu Chi tunnels is an immense network of connecting underground construction that spans over 250 kilometre of the district, honeycombed into layers and layers of underground living accommodation. Exploring the network of tunnels to understand the tenacious will of the Vietnamese in their fight against foreign invasion. In the afternoon, visit all the cultural and outstanding landmarks of the city. Built during the French colonial era, most of them inherit from the romances of French architectural design. The round city tour includes Notre Dame Cathedral, Saigon Old Post office, Ho Chi Minh Hall, and War Remnant Museum. Enjoy Vietnamese Coffee at local cafeteria.

Day 06

Saigon – Mekong Delta – Saigon
Today explore the Mekong Delta. Upon arrival, embark on the boat cruising on the mighty Mekong River. We stop at one of 4 islands in the area for sightseeing. After that you will embark on the small boats rowed the local people through the small cannels. There you will taste the honey tea and see the local people produce the coconut candy milk and of course you also can try it or stroll in the garden where the locals feed honeybee. After that enjoy the horse-cart trip through the tranquil road of the village. Evening, drive back to Saigon with stop to visit Vinh Trang pagoda, a famous pagoda in the area that its architecture is a mix of Chinese, Cambodian, and French culture.

Day 07

Saigon – Hanoi – City Tour.
Have breakfast at hotel then check out. Picked up by the tour guide and driver then transfer to Tan Son Nhat Airport to take a flight to Hanoi.
Hanoi a bustling metropolis in a combination with the tranquillity, Hanoi offers the elegance French charms of its colonial architectures, the rush rhythm of life along 36 old streets to the anarchy traffic by plenty of motorbikes. It seemed like a typical picture you will ever imagine for the South East Asia life and spirit. Welcome you to Hanoi, our friendly tour guide and driver will meet and greet you at Noi Bai International airport.
After a short ride to city centre, you will have lunch at Indian restaurant before starting to visit the city tour. We will start at a must-visit site, you will hear stories about Great Leader – Ho Chi Minh while going on an orientation walk at Ho Chi Minh Complex (Mausoleum (from the outside)& Museum). Pass through the One Pillar Pagoda – a unique architecture that only available in Vietnam. Take a break and enter in the ancient landscaped courtyards, gardens and pavilions of Temple of Literature, this is the first university of Vietnam, where many monuments still remain to dedicate to the scholars who graduated here. This afternoon continues explore the Hanoi Old Quarter by a “cyclo” visit, which will start around the Old Quarter of Hanoi, wandering through narrow and evocative streets; you will have the closest view to the French-colonial architectures of ancient buildings and family-run vendor stores. Stop at HoanKiem Lake (the “Sword” Lake). Take a photo of The Huc Red bridge. Proceed to check in hotel. Then transfer for dinner at Indian restaurant. Transfer back to your hotel for overnight.

Day 08

Hanoi – Ha Long Bay – Overnight On Cruise
From Hanoi, you will travel to Halong Bay in an air-conditioned bus. After that, board your traditional junk, where the crew welcomes you with a scrumptious lunch. You can take memorable family photos on the sundeck with the backdrop of thousands of limestone karsts, dotted with isles covered in lush green nature. If you’d prefer exciting family activities, kayaking is a must-try activity, especially when it is sunset. Paddle your boat through the emerald water and unveil the amazing wonders of this proud UNESCO Heritage Site. You will have exclusive breath-taking photo ops from the boat. Before dinner time, you can join a cooking course to make Vietnamese Nem, another delicious recipe for your family meal. At night, if the weather conditions are ideal, you can have a fun fishing competition with your kids on deck. The thrill of catching fresh cuttlefish in the magical scenery is an experience you will never forget.

Day 09

Ha Long Bay - Hanoi – City Tour
You can join the Tai Chi course on the sundeck to breathe in the refreshing morning air while admiring the picturesque dawn as it unfolds and shines on the mirror-like water. A hearty breakfast will be served in the midst of the breath-taking landscape. The crew organizes a daily excursion to discover the hidden treasures of Halong Bay. You will have the chance to explore the stalactites that reside deep in the Surprise Cave, or hike the mountain path of Ti Top Island and see the bay from the observation deck located on the summit. Check out and drive back to Hanoi.
Continue the city tour to West Lake the biggest lake in Hanoi and you take a visit to nearby Tran Quoc Pagoda. This is the oldest pagoda and be considered as a typical example of Vietnamese Buddhism with its history of more than 1500 years. The next stop is Hoa Lo Prison Museum, ironically nicknamed the ‘Hanoi Hilton’ by US prisoners of war (POWs) during the American War. Most exhibits relate to the prison’s use up to the mid-1950s, focusing on the Vietnamese struggle for independence from France. Today in the evening proceed for the water puppet show, where you will enjoy a special folk art performance. Have dinner at Indian restaurant. Transfer to check in hotel and spend overnight.

Narita – Welcome to Japan “Land of the rising Sun” – Transfer to Tokyo
Welcome to Japan “The land of the rising Sun” – the country known for its traditional arts, oldest civilization, and embracing technology like no other country on the planet.Upon arrival at Narita airport, you will be met and transferred to Tokyo & check in at the hotel in Tokyo(Standard Check in time after 1500Hrs).In the evening you will have Dinner at an Indian restaurant.

Day 02:

Visit Sumida River Cruise – Visit Sensoji Temple – Visit Tokyo Skytree – Visit Hie Shrine
After breakfast, proceed on the Sumida River cruise to get a beautiful view of the Tokyo Bay. Later proceed to Asakusa to visit the Sensoji Temple and spend some time at Nakamise Dori.
You also get an opportunity today to experience wearing a “Kimono” – a traditional Japanese dress.
Proceed for lunch at an Indian restaurant. Later after lunch, visit the Tokyo Skytree observatory at a height of 350 meters, a television broadcasting tower and landmark of Tokyo,with a height of 634 meters, it is the tallest structure in Japan and the second tallest in the world at the time of its completion. Later visit the Hie Shrine famous for its red colour Tori gates.
In the evening proceed to an Indian restaurant for dinner.

Day 03:

Cruise on Lake Ashi – Ride on the Owakudani Ropeway – Visit Mt. Fuji 5th Station (Subject to weather permitting we would visit the last station which is open)
After breakfast, check out and proceed to Hakone region to enjoy a cruise on the stunning Lake Ashi. Later, ride on the Owakudani Ropeway and see the rising volcanic fumes at the Owakudani boiling valley. Later, drive to the 5th station of Mt. Fuji (subject to weather conditions). Mt. Fuji is the highest mountain in Japan and often considered the symbol of the country.
In the evening proceed to an Indian restaurant for dinner.

Day 04

Bullet train experience to Hiroshima – Miyajima Island – Itsukushima Shrine – Floating Tori Gate
After breakfast take an unforgettable bullet train ride to Hiroshima. You will be travelling in one of the fastest bullet trains in Japan. On arrival at Hiroshima proceed to an Indian restaurant for Lunch. After lunch proceed to the pier to take the ferry to the Miyajima Island and visit the Itsukushima Shrine,the centuries-old Itsukushima Shrine on Miyajima, the shrine is known worldwide for its iconic “Floating Tori (Gate)”.
After visiting the island return back to Hiroshima & have dinner at an Indian restaurant.

Day 05

Visit Atomic Dome – Visit Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park – Photostop at the Osaka Castle
After breakfast visit the Hiroshima Peace Park and the Atomic Bomb Dome (Genbaku Dome) which is a part of the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1996, the ruin is dedicated for its legacy as the “first city in the world” to suffer a nuclear attack and a memorial to the people who were killed in the atomic bombing of Hiroshima on August 6, 1945.
Later, drive to Osaka& enroute take a stop to have lunch at an Indian restaurant, reaching Osaka make a photostop at the famous Osaka Castle which is one of the famous landmark of Osaka as it played a very important role during the unification of Japan during the 16th century.
In the evening proceed to an Indian restaurant for dinner.

Day 06

Osaka – Visit Nara Deer Park - Visit Todaiji Temple – Visit Kinkakuji Temple – Visit Arashiyama Bamboo Forest
Today, proceed to Nara and visit the Nara Deer Park, the park is home to hundreds of freely roaming deer also known as “Messengers of God” and the Todaiji temple where you can see the temple’s best known relic “Daibutsu” - a colossal statue of the world’s largest gilded bronze Buddha, 15 meters in height. Later proceed to Kyoto & have lunch at an Indian restaurant.In Kyoto visit the Kinkaku-ji Temple - the heart of the temple complex is the Golden Pavilion (kinka-ku), situated picturesquely in its garden at the edge of a lake, also visit the world famous Arashiyama Bamboo Forest where the thick green bamboo stalks seem to continue endlessly in every direction.
Return back to Osaka & have dinner at an Indian restaurant.

Day 07

Osaka - Visit Kobe Himeji Castle – Visit Earthquake Museum – Experience Japanese TeaCeremony
After breakfast we drive to Kobe city which is also know as the sister city of Osaka, In Kobe we Visit the famous Kobe Himeji Castle& also know as “White Heron Castle” due to its elegant White appearance it is considered Japan’s national treasure & a world heritage site.
After the visit we proceed towards the restaurant for a Local Lunch.
Later we visit the Kobe Earthquake Museum to see the sights of infamous Kobe earthquake. Later drive back to Osaka to experience the famous Japanese Tea Ceremony which is a Japanese cultural activity involving the ceremonial preparation & presentation of “MATCHA” powdered green tea.The traditional tea ceremony is still performed in various parts of Japan.
In the evening proceed to an Indian restaurant for dinner.

Return back home.

Airline And Airfare

Hotels:

  • Many hotels in Japan - Asia have only Twin beds. Double bed will mostly be Queen Size and not King size.
  • For Child with bed: At times hotel don’t have enough roll away beds, in that case they might give a double and a separate single room.
  • As a 3rd adult person in a triple room, most hotels use roll away beds or 2 queen size beds and the room size may be the SAME as a Twin/ double room. (Hence we also strongly suggest you to upgrade Triple into 2 separate rooms during booking)
  • Average standard room size in East Asia is 15 - 18 square meter.
  • Standard Check in time 1500 hrs; Standard check out time 1200hrs. Early Check in & late Checkout is subjected to availability and at an extra Cost. Adjoining room’s requests are subjected to availability during Check In.
  • All hotels rooms booked for group are Standard category. Getting a double room or a twin room is subjected to availability of the same in Hotel during check in.
  • All selected hotels on above tour, serve breakfast which is a combination of continental & local dishes as per hotel standard. Indian meals will be provided during Lunches & Dinners as per itinerary. During peak holiday seasons queuing up at breakfast/ meal area is a normal practice in Japan hotels & restaurants.
  • Most hotels have Centralized Air Conditioners which is set at a specific temperature for entire property. Restaurants & Sightseeing attractions are mostly naturally ventilated.

  • Due to hygienic reasons it is not permitted to use toilets in the coach. However the tour manager will make comfort stops during long drives.
  • Eating & drinking is not permitted in the coach.
  • One check in bag and one handbag per person only, due to limited boot space in the coach.
  • In most of cities, there are parking restrictions for coach and it may not be possible to stop at all the places during the city tour. Tour Manager will try his/her best to stop coach wherever possible for a photo stop.

  • Tips of USD 05 per person per day (8 days) are compulsory in Japan for services of the guide, driver, hotel staff etc. The same needs to be given to the Tour Manager on the first day. It will be applicable per Adult and Child.

  • Attractions like Mt Fuji, Cable car, Owakudani Boiling Valley, Tokyo Tower, Tokyo Skytree, Toyota Mega Web, UENO Park, Miyajima etc are subjected to operation w.r.t weather & Government authority clearance.
  • At times some Japanese temples are closed due to ceremonial reasons, in such cases the group shall visit an alternate temple or sightseeing spot.
  • Must carry – Universal adaptor, Umbrella & warm wear. Certain cities receive rainfall throughout the year. Weather in Japan is unpredictable.
  • Room size in Japan is anywhere between 15 to 18 sqm for standard twin room. For guest comfort and space a twin room can be made available instead of double during check in.
  • Air conditioning in all hotels is subject to climatic conditions & operates at a standard centralized temperature only after government declares peak summer in the country.
  • In hotels tea and coffee sachets are not available. Most of the hotels have local Japanese tea i.e. without creamer and sugar.
  • In Japan, only Japanese Yen will be accepted for purchasing anything or for any services rendered.
  • The tour will be operated subject to a minimum of 25 full-paying passengers travelling together. In the event that the group size is less than 25 passengers you will be given on option of travelling on FIT basis, by paying an additional supplement on seat in coach basis with local representatives to assist you.
  • The services of a Tour Manager will be provided with a group of minimum 25 full-paying passengers. Our local representative will be there to assist you in case this above requirement is not fulfilled.
  • When the tour has less than 25 adults and is operated on a seat-in-coach basis, there will be instances where the driver acts as a guide as well.
  • A person below 12 years is considered child and above 12 years, an adult.
  • As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use roll away beds or 2 queen size beds and the room size may be the same as a double room.

  • Most hotel rooms in Europe may not be air conditioned / air cooled nor will fans be provided. Air conditioning / cooling in hotels are set as per European weather conditions.

SIGHTSEEING

  • Generally, you will have to walk to sightseeing places, amusement parks and at the airports sometimes for a long distance; however the same will be timely instructed by the Tour Manager. It is advisable to carry a good pair of comfortable sports shoes. The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible.
  • In the case of missing a paid entrance due to sudden closure or non-availability the same will be replaced by another visit of similar value and / or type or a refund will be provided.

GENERAL

    • A local representative or a driver may only be there to assist you during your initial part of the tour.
    • Security alerts and random closures might affect the itinerary.
    • Please take extra care of your personal belongings while on the tour, every country you travel to is prone to thefts and bag snatching. SOTC will not be liable for any loss of belongings / baggage.

HOTELS

  • All hotels will be either around the airport area or on the outskirts.
  • Most hotels in Europe have only Twin beds. The double bed will be Queen size and not King size.
  • As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the double room.
  • Most hotel rooms in Europe may not be air conditioned / air cooled nor will fans be provided. Air conditioning / cooling in hotels are set as per European weather conditions.
  • Functioning of Air cooling / Air conditioning in hotels is subject to official declaration of summer by the local authority.
  • The average room size of the hotels in Europe are between 16 – 20 sq.mts
  • Most hotels in Europe do not provide tea kettles in the rooms.
  • Any damage caused to the hotel rooms during your stay shall be payable by the passengers.
  • We also reserve the right to substitute a hotel of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary.

COACHES

  • Most of your journey in Europe is by coach and hence you are requested to keep the coach clean.
  • Due to hygienic reasons, it is not permitted to use toilets on the coach. However, the tour manager will make comfort stops during long drives.
  • Eating & drinking is not permitted on the coach.
  • One check-in bag and one handbag per person only, due to limited boot space on the coach.
  • Coaches are non-wheelchair compliant. There are steps to board / alight from the coach.

MEALS

  • Meals are pre–set and a–la carte is not possible.
  • On certain days, a packed lunch will be provided.

SIGHTSEEING

  • On certain departures, we may sometimes amend / reverse the itinerary. However, all the services / inclusions will remain the same.
  • Generally, you will have to walk to sightseeing places, amusement parks and at the airports sometimes for a long distance; however the same will be timely instructed by the Tour Manager. It is advisable to carry a good pair of comfortable sports shoes. The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible.
  • In the case of missing a paid entrance due to sudden closure or non-availability the same will be replaced by another visit of similar value and / or type or a refund will be provided.

GENERAL

    • A local representative or a driver may only be there to assist you during your initial part of the tour.
    • Security alerts and random closures might affect the itinerary.
    • Please take extra care of your personal belongings while on the tour, every country you travel to is prone to thefts and bag snatching. SOTC will not be liable for any loss of belongings / baggage.
    • SOTC shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, baggage loss, theft, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by the passengers. Day 2 Day trip to Tallinn – Guided city tour of Tallinn

Today, we drive to the pier to take a ferry to Tallinn, Estonia’s capital on the Baltic Sea. On arrival, we proceed for a guided city tour of Tallinn: See the Toompea Hill, Parliament building, Dome Church, St. Nicholas Church, Town Hall Square. Next, we see the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. Later, we drive to the pier to take the ferry back to Helsinki.

Day 3 Guided city tour of Helsinki – Board Cruise to Stockholm.

Today, we proceed on a guided city tour of Helsinki: See the Senate Square, visit Lutheran Tempelliauki Church, Sibelius Park and many more interesting sights. Next, Visit Fazer experience center and learn the art of chocolate making including chocolate tasting. Later, we board the cruise across the Baltic Sea to Stockholm.

Day 4 Guided city tour of Stockholm – Visit famous Vasa Museum

Today, we proceed on a guided city tour of Stockholm: See the Opera House, Alfred Nobel’s House and the Royal Palace. Also, we visit the Stockholm Concert Hall - venue of the Nobel Prize award. (Subject to availability) Next, we visit Vasa Museum - Sweden’s most visited museum enshrining the warship, Vasa. Later, we spend some free time in Gamla Stan – the old Town.

Day 5 Onto Oslo – Visit the town of Karlstad

Today, we drive to Oslo. Enroute, we visit the town of Karlstad, situated on the northern shores of Lake Vanern, for a photo stop at Lake Vanern – the largest lake of Sweden.

Day 6 Guided Tour of Oslo – Visit Fram Museum – Photostop at Holmenkollen Ski Jump

Today, we proceed for a guided city tour of Oslo: See the Parliament Square, National Galleries, Karl Johan shopping street, the Royal Palace and Akhershus Fortress. Next, we visit Vigeland Sculpture Park and the Fram Museum, learn the story of Norwagian polar exploration. Later we take a photostop at Holmenkollen Ski Jump.

Day 7 Travel on one of Norway’s most popular trips ‘Norway in a nutshell’

Today, we drive to Geilo station. Board our train to Myrdal, change to the Flam railway line, for a scenic travel to Flam. We wander around the idyllic countryside, before embarking on a boat ride through the Aurlandsfjord into the Naeroyfjord, one of the narrowest fjords in Europe, surrounded by mountains of up to 1800 meters. On arrival at scenic Gudvangen, we board the coach and travel through the impressive Norwegian landscape to Bergen.

Day 8 Guided city tour of Bergen – Ride on the Funicular train – Fly to Copenhagen

Today, we proceed for a guided city tour of Bergen: Visit the Hanseatic wharf Bryggen with its pastel – coloured wooden houses, winding cobblestone streets and old Bergen. Next, we take a ride on the Funicular train, to the top of the Mount Floyen for an aerial view of Bergen. Later, we fly to Copenhagen.

Day 9 Guided city tour of Copenhagen – Canal Cruise - Visit Malmo

Today, we proceed for a guided city tour of Copenhagen: See the Parliament building, Amalienborg Palace, Gefion fountain, Little Mermaid statue and many other interesting sights. Next, we drive on the Oresund bridge and tunnel to Malmo, Sweden’s third largest city, stopping for a photo-op of the turning torso and Oresund bridge. Enjoy and orientation of Malmo.

Day 02 Visit Old Trafford Stadium – Steam Train Ride – Lake Windermere Cruise

Today, we proceed to visit the famous Old Trafford Stadium - home to Manchester United Football Club. Visit the home changing room, sit in the dugout & run down the tunnel which leads to the football field. Next, we enjoy a Steam Train ride in Lake District and a cruise on Lake Windermere. Later, we drive to Glasgow.

Day 03 Visit Riverside Museum – Guided City Tour of Edinburgh – Visit Edinburgh Castle – Visit Scottish Whiskey Experience

Today, we visit the Riverside museum. Designed by Zaha Hadid, it is a multi-award winning museum located on the banks of the River Clyde, with over 3000 objects on display from Glasgow’s rich past. Next drive to Edinburgh. On arrival, we visit the Scottish Whiskey Experience in Scotland’s capital city. Later enjoy a Guided city tour of Edinburgh, visit the Edinburgh castle and also See the Scottish Parliament and many more interesting sights.

Day 04 Photo stop at Kelpies – Visit Scotch Whiskey Distillery – Visit Aberdeen

Today we check out and proceed Falkirk, we take a photo stop at Kelpies -30 meter high horse head sculpture - a monument to honour Scotland’s horse-powered industrial heritage. Next drive to Aberdeen. Enroute visit Scotch Whiskey Distillery to experience the process of making Scotch Whiskey. On arrival to Aberdeen known for its beach front, spend some time on esplanade.

Day 05 Loch Ness Cruise – Visit Fort Augustus

Today, we check out & proceed for a cruise on the mighty Loch Ness one of the largest lochs in Scotland and famous for the tale of the Loch Ness monster. Next, we drive to Fort Augustus, famous for spectacular views down Loch Ness and is a paradise for keen walkers. Later drive to Glasgow.

Day 06 Onto Birmingham – Visit Cadbury World

Today, we proceed to Birmingham and on arrival visit Cadbury World to discover the history of Cadbury. Try your hand in making chocolate and meet Cadbury characters. Later enjoy some free time for shopping.

Day 07 Guided Tour of Oxford – Visit Windsor Castle

Today, we proceed to Oxford and enjoy a guided walking tour of Oxford, famous for its ancient university, beautiful buildings and iconic “Dreaming Spires”. Next, we drive to Windsor for a visit of the famous Windsor Castle – Queen Elizabeth II’s favorite weekend home. Later, we drive to London.

  • One check-in bag and one handbag per person only, due to limited boot space on the coach.
  • Coaches are non-wheelchair compliant. There are steps to board / alight from the coach.

MEALS

  • Meals are pre–set and a–la carte is not possible.
  • On certain days, a packed lunch will be provided.

SIGHTSEEING

  • On certain departures, we may sometimes amend / reverse the itinerary. However, all the services / inclusions will remain the same.
  • Generally, you will have to walk to sightseeing places, amusement parks and at the airports sometimes for a long distance; however the same will be timely instructed by the Tour Manager. It is advisable to carry a good pair of comfortable sports shoes. The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible.
  • In the case of missing a paid entrance due to sudden closure or non-availability the same will be replaced by another visit of similar value and / or type or a refund will be provided.

Next, we drive to Toledo. On arrival, we enjoy a guided tour: see the cathedral of Toledo, Puente San Martin, important squares and narrow winding cobblestone streets. Day 3 Visit Salamanca – Onto Porto

Today, we proceed to Salamanca. Known as the “Golden city” for the sandstone used in the construction of its buildings, it has the third oldest existing university in the world, one of the Top 10 cathedrals in Spain, and one of the most beautiful plazas in all of Spain. On arrival we proceed on an Orientation of Salamanca. Next, we continue our journey to Porto in Lisbon.

Day 4 Guided tour of Porto – Visit Fatima – Onto Lisbon

Today, we enjoy a guided city tour Porto. World-famous for its port wine, Porto is Portugal’s second largest city. The historic centre of Porto was designated a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1996. Next, we proceed to Fatima, one of the most important pilgrimage sites in the world. On arrival, we proceed on an orientation tour of Fatima and visit the Fatima Shrine - the Basilica and Chapel of the Apparitions.(Shorts and Sleeveless not allowed). Later, we drive to Lisbon.

Today, we drive to Dresden for a walking guided city tour. Next, we drive to Prague – the city of hundred spires, built at the meandering Vltava River. On reaching visit the Old Town Square, take a photo stop at the Astronomical Clock. The oldest Functional Astronomical clock in the world. Later, we take a walk over the most visited Charles Bridge.

Day 6 Guided city tour of Krakow – Auschwitz Concentration Camp

Today proceed for a guided city tour of Krakow: the medieval town centre, the Main Market square, the Renaissance Cloth Hall, see twin-towered St Mary’s Church and Wawel Hill with its great Castle and Cathedral. Also we enjoy a horse carriage ride in the old town. Next, we proceed for a guided tour of the Auschwitz Concentration Camp of WW II. A sombre experience that highlights the atrocities that occurred here between 1939 – 1945.

Palinka, a Hungarian fruit brandy, is a strong alcoholic beverage appreciated for its potency, flavour and fragrance. Later, drive back to Budapest.

  • One check-in bag and one handbag per person only, due to limited boot space on the coach.

MEALS

  • Meals are pre–set and a–la carte is not possible.
  • On certain days, a packed lunch will be provided.

SIGHTSEEING

  • On certain departures, we may sometimes amend / reverse the itinerary. However, all the services / inclusions will remain the same.
  • Generally, you will have to walk to sightseeing places, amusement parks and at the airports sometimes for a long distance; however the same will be timely instructed by the Tour Manager. It is advisable to carry a good pair of comfortable sports shoes. The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible.
  • In the case of missing a paid entrance due to sudden closure or non-availability the same will be replaced by another visit of similar value and / or type or a refund will be provided.

Today, we visit the Eiffel Tower (2nd level). Next, we proceed on a guided tour of Paris: See the Alexander Bridge, Arc de Triomphe, Concorde Square, Opera House and Les Invalides. Later, Visit the Famous French perfume museum – Fragonard. After dinner, we enjoy ‘Illumination Tour of Paris’ on a cruise on the Seine River and see Paris by night, with some of the city’s famous monuments / sights light up.

Today, the day is at leisure OR you can join us for a visit to Jungfraujoch - The Top of Europe. We board the cable car followed by a cog-wheel train up to a height of 3,454 meters to Europe’s highest railway station. Visit the Ice Palace and the Sphinx observatory deck to view the longest glacier in the Alps. Later, we visit Interlaken.

Day 06 Visit Mt. Titlis - Orientation tour of Lucerne

Today, we drive to Lucerne for an orientation tour: See the Lion Monument and Kapellbrucke. Next, we enjoy some free time to explore the town and shop for Swiss watches, knives, chocolates and souvenirs. Later, we proceed to Mt. Titlis where you will take cable car rides including the world’s first rotating cable car, the Rotair – to the top of Mt. Titlis at 3,020 meters. Visit the Ice Palace and the Sphinx observatory deck to view the longest glacier in the Alps. Later, we visit Interlaken.

COACHES

  • Most of your journey in Europe is by coach and hence you are requested to keep the coach clean.
  • Due to hygienic reasons, it is not permitted to use toilets on the coach. However, the tour manager will make comfort stops during long drives.
  • Eating & drinking is not permitted on the coach.
  • One check-in bag and one handbag per person only, due to limited boot space on the coach.
  • Coaches are non-wheelchair compliant. There are steps to board / alight from the coach.

MEALS

  • Meals are pre–set and a–la carte is not possible.
  • On certain days, a packed lunch will be provided.

SIGHTSEEING

  • On certain departures, we may sometimes amend / reverse the itinerary. However, all the services / inclusions will remain the same.
  • Generally, you will have to walk to sightseeing places, amusement parks and at the airports sometimes for a long distance; however, the same will be timely instructed by the Tour Manager. It is advisable to carry a good pair of comfortable sports shoes. The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible.
  • In the case of missing a paid entrance due to sudden closure or non-availability the same will be replaced by another visit of similar value and / or type or a refund will be provided.

    • A local representative or a driver may only be there to assist you during your initial part of the tour.

Upon arrival at Camp Tamok, you will provided with warm winter clothing and begin the dog sledding with thorough safety instructions and a practical demonstration. Two people share each sled and dog team. One is the “musher” (driver) and the other can sit back and enjoy the ride through the fantastic landscapes and scenic beauty. You can switch places midway during the 12 km dog sledding trail. Depending on snow conditions, we will spend approx. 1 hr 30 min to complete the trail.

Next, we drive to the Roman Temple of Olympic Zeus, the Panathinaikon Stadium (site of the first modern Olympic Games in 1896), and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in front of the Parliament House on Constitution Square. Later we drive along Panepistimiou Avenue and view the Catholic Cathedral, the Academy, University, and National Library.

Today we drive towards Lake Myvatn. En route, we visit the Godafoss falls. Nicknamed the “Waterfall of the Gods”, some believe that the name comes from the fact that the waterfall is god-like in beauty. We continue our journey to Lake Myvatn. Next, we explore the volcanic of Skutustadir & Namaskard pass to see hot boiling Mudpool. Later, enjoy a relaxing bath at Myvatn nature bath before returning back to Akureyri.

Day 04

Into The Glacier cave tour - Hraunfossar/Barnafoss - Deildartunguhver Hot springs.
Today, we check out and proceed to the Langjokull Glacier. Here, experience Iceland’s second-largest glacier from the inside and enjoy the rare sight of blue ice at the heart of an ice-capped glacier. Upon arrival, board a specially built glacier truck for the drive up to the cave entrance. Next, head inside the man-made Langjokull Glacier Tunnel which is a wonder to behold. Later, drive to Borgarnes.

Day 05

Seljalandsfoss –Skogafoss - Black sand beach (Reynisfjara).
Today, we check-out and proceed to visit the famous waterfalls– Seljalandsfoss and Skogafoss. These were the locations of the song Gerua from Dilwale. Seljalandsfoss cascades over steep cliffs, which make it possible for people to walk behind the waterfall, offering a spectacular view of the waterfall itself and the surroundings. Skogafoss stands at 60 meters tall. Today, also see the Eyjafjallajokull Volcano – one of the most famous in Iceland. We continue our journey to Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach - these popular attractions are a must see on your Iceland south coast adventure. Next, drive to Vik.

Day 06

Fjadrargljufur Canyon- Jokulsarlon glacier lagoon (Amphibian boat ride)- Diamond beach.
Today, proceed to Skaftafell National Park and visit the Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon – a stunning sight of blue & green water full of blue, white and turquoise icebergs streaked with black volcanic ash. This has been used as a backdrop in many films like - A View to a Kill, Die Another Day, Lara Croft: Tomb Raider, Batman Begins and Game of Thrones to name a few. Enjoy boat tour among the icebergs on Glacier Lagoon. Later, visit the magical Diamond Beach - transport yourself to a new world as you walk between diamond-shaped ices drifted ashore from Breidamerkurjokull Glacier. Next, we see the Eldhraun lava fields - created in one of the greatest eruptions in recorded history and is of the largest of its kind in the world.

Day 07

Golden circle Tour ( Thingvellir National Park, Geysir, Gullfoss) + Tomato Farm with Tomato Ice-Cream.
Today, we check-out and proceed for Golden Circle tour which allows you to visit some of Iceland’s most stunning sights. We drive to the UNESCO world heritage site – Thingvellir National Park. It is the visible site of the mid-Atlantic Ridge where the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates meet. Next, we see the waterfall Gullfoss which is one of the most famous waterfalls in Iceland and rightly so. The three-step waterfall is a part of the glacial river Hvita and falls into a 62-metre deep canyon. Later, visit the Geyser geothermal and see the active Strokkur Geyser, which shoots up a column of water up to 30 meters (98 ft.) into the air every few minutes. Later, we visit Fridheimar greenhouse cultivation centre which is one of Iceland’s biggest greenhouses. Tomato Farm is Greenhouse farming using GeoThermal energy along with Tasting of world’s most unique Tomato Ice Cream.

Visit statue of Christ the Redeemer, Sugarloaf Mountain, Copacabana beach.
Today, we start our day by taking a cog-wheel train up to the Corcovado Mountain to visit the iconic statue of Christ the Redeemer. Later, proceed on a guided city tour of Rio, drive through downtown Rio, passing by the Maracana Stadium, the Sambodrome and Metropolitan Cathedral. Later in afternoon we visit the world famous Sugar Loaf Mountain which has become an iconic symbol of the city of Rio de Janeiro. Get a unique experience in the cable car while going up to the mountain. We also visit the famous Copacabana Beach and the downtown area.

Fly to Iguassu.

Visit Iguassu Falls from Brazilian Side.
Today, we take a trip to the Brazilian side of the falls. We walk along a narrow 1,500m. path and along with the catwalk that goes very close to the bottom of the Devil’s Throat, from where you will enjoy breathtaking views over the Brazilian side of the falls. Later, we take a flight to Lima - the capital of Peru.

Later you have some free time to explore the city on your own.

Itinerary

Day 01:

Arrive Srinagar:
On arrival at Srinagar airport, meet & assist and later drive to hotel. Late afternoon Shikara ride on Dal Lake visiting floating gardens & drive back to hotel for Dinner.
Overnight in Srinagar.

Day 02:

Excursion To Gulmarg:
Drive to Gulmarg. The distance of 58 Kms will be covered in about 1 ½ hrs. Gulmarg has one of the best Ski slopes in the world and highest golf course of the world with 18 holes. The view enroute from Tangmarg to Gulmarg is fascinating. One can also have a short trek upto Khilanmarg which can be covered in about 3 to 4 hrs or enjoy a cable car ride which takes to the highest point. Evening return back to Srinagar for dinner.

Day 03:

Excursion To Pahalgam:
After early breakfast and drive to Pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds) via old part of Srinagar. Drive through Saffron fields, visit Awantipura ruins, pine forest and along Lidder River. The total distance of about 98 Kms will be covered in about 2 hours. One can enjoy a pony ride through thick pine forest. Evening return back to Srinagar for dinner.

Day 04

Excursion To Sonamarg:
Full day excursion to Sonamarg. The distance of about 83 kms will be covered about 2-½ hrs. Sonamarg is also the base for some interesting treks to the high altitude of Himalayan Lake. The everlasting Thajiwas glacier, 3 Km from Sonamarg, provides a chance to enjoy sledge ride on Snow even in mid – summer. Ponies are available upto the glacier from Sonmarg. Drive back to Srinagar for dinner at the hotel.

Day 05

Srinagar City Tour:
Morning after breakfast proceed to visit Mughal Gardens, Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, Pari Mahal. Post lunch visit Jamia Masjid, Shah Hamdan Mosque, Naqashband Sahib Mosque  - the Wooden Mosque. After the sightseeing drive back to hotel for dinner.
